ContentMaXXX is built by Red Shed Software. Bug reports and feature requests go straight to the person who writes the code — there is no support tier and no ticket queue.

A real person reads every one of these. If you are reporting a bug, the more specific you are the faster it gets fixed — what you did, what you expected, what happened instead.

We use your message and email address only to reply to you. Please don't include passwords, licence keys, or anything explicit — see our privacy policy.

The form is easiest because it prompts for the details that make a bug actionable, but if you would rather just write to us: [email protected]. Same inbox, same person.

Before you report a bug

Two things solve most problems faster than we can:

Check the in-app Guide — Settings has a Troubleshooting section covering the common ones (missing watermark handle, Ollama not detected, unusual video codecs, sync mismatches).
Tell us the exact steps. "Export fails" is hard to act on; "Reframe to 9:16 on a .mkv fails with 'ffmpeg not found'" is fixed the same day.

Feature requests

Genuinely wanted. The roadmap has been shaped more by creators saying "I wish it did X" than by anything planned in advance. Two things worth knowing:

Tell us the problem, not just the feature — the underlying need often has a better solution than the one that first comes to mind.
We will not build automated posting. Every platform bans it and it gets accounts banned. That one is a permanent no, and it is the only one.

Security issues

Found something with security or privacy implications? Use the form and mark it a bug report — we will reply quickly and will not take issue with anyone reporting in good faith.
